Dong Jie Tries Out Ancient Costume for 1st Time Lin Xinru Turned Into an Assassin to Collaborate in "Flying Knife"

Jiu Zhou's Y$20M, 40-episode martial arts serial, "FK vs. Fk" has completed it's post-production phase, will soon be available for the audiences to see. This series performed by Taiwan lead actor Zhang Zhilin, Lin Xinru, Dong Jie.
"Flying Knife" was shot on a closed set, news were blocked off from the media, after a long post-production process, finally floating to the water surface. In the series Zhang Zhilin plays "Xiao Li Fei Dao's" grandson--Li Huai; Lin Xinru & Dong Jie both appears in this drama, falling for the man carrying-on the flying knife techinque at the same time. Lin Xinru changes her "jade-girl"[or beautiful woman] image, put away her smiling face, plays a cold assassin who avenges her father's death--Caiyue.
"Caiyue" enters the world of Jiangwu b/c she wanted to avenge her father's death. Unattentively fell in love w/ her enemy's descendant, in this interweave of love & hate, how will she know which course to follow. To Lin Hsinju, never experienced such feelings in other roles. An assassin's responsibility had "Caiyue" unable to give up her mission b/c of love. Choosing b/w love & hate falls onto this character, also is the entire serial's biggest contradiction. Lin Xinru said what is worth rejoicing about is: TV serials artistically placed the two extremes of love & hate in front of the characters, but in real life she doesn't have to face such options, doesn't need to withstand such pain.
Ancient costume serials had always been Lin Xinru strong point, but playing a female assassin w/ a unique skill, is a first time. In order to have the look of a desire to kill, during the beginning of shooting of "Flying Knife", a mirror nearly did not leave Lin Xinru's hand. On idle time during filming, she would look into the mirror to practice that look, she won't give up until that stare of those big watery eyes can make a person feel a chill in the air & does not dare to look at her directly.
