"Love Trilogy" Box Office Hit

(Reporter Chen Miaohua) This year's Valentine's Day, Guangzhou's movie selection has been exceptionally rich & colorful, domestic and foreign films w/ love themes competing against each other, and the idol film "Love Trilogy" since its debut on the 5th of this month, in this short week its box office already topped $300,000 Yuan in Zhu Jiang theaters, the result has been positive. Yong Han movie theaters manager Mr. Zhang said to reporter, they are show screening of "Love Trilogy" takes place nearly every 10 minutes, this film is very favored by the audience. ;D ;D

¡§Leaving Me Loving You" [<-- stars Leon Lai & Faye Wong] box office earnings in Guangzhou about $450,000, "Love Trilogy" about $400,000, & one that got the audience & media's attention beforehand, "Baober in Love" [<-- stars Chen Kun & Zhou Zun] earned about $200,000.

The other two films got a lot of publicity from the media & its actors were out & about promoting it. With no fanfare or publicity/promos from the actors of any kind, Love Trilogy did pretty well considering the circumstances.
