Article 1: Lin Hsinju New Series Play Ming Dynasty Woman But Sang Modern Children's Song

A Ming Dynasty person also sings modern children's song? ChinaTV's 8:00 drama "The Flying Daggers" held a preview today, the result was everyone had disputes. For the series' background was set in Ming Dynasty, but leading lady Lin Hsinju sang the children's song "shi shang zhi you mama hao, you ma de hai zi xiang ge bao" [in this world only mothers are nice/good, a child w/ a mother is like a treasure]; regarding this Lin Hsinju and producer Yang Peipei smiled & said, hope everyone don't mind this too much!
Adapted from Gu Long's novel, "The Flying Daggers", is about heroic Li Xunhuan's grandson--Li Huai's story, Li Huai performed by Zhang Chihlin, Lin Hsinju is the female swordswoman who seeks revenge for her father, they performed a sentimental, yet contradictory, love story.
This series' martial arts stunts are coordinated by Cheng Hsiaotung, costume design by Zhang Shuping, besides Zhang Chihlin, Lin Hsinju, other actors include Sun Hsing, Kou Zhenhai, Yue Yueli, Gao Xin, Dong Jie also have big roles.
Zhang Chihlin stated, not only did he & Lin Hsinju shared a bath, but also a "carriage-quake" scene on a horse-drawn carriage. He also said w/ his not so good Mandarin, in the series he's also quite "lan jiao"[dictionary says fall into bad company or make friends w/o discrimination], b/c he has kissing scenes w/ both Lin Hsinju, & Dong Jie.
Because Zhang Chihlin's girlfriend Yuan Yongyi and Lin Hsinju all belong to the flat-chested group, >:(the media asked him "do you feel any difference when you started hugging"? He blushed & said "the feeling is different, very difficult to compare!"
First time playing a swordswoman, Lin Hsinju has many fighting scenes, often have to bite her tongue/put on a brave face & be hang by steel wires, although her feet were trembling, but during the time of drop, still able to carry a pretty smile on her face, Zhang Chihlin extremely admire her for this.
In the series, Lin Hsinju fell in love with the person she shouldn't love; in real life, she consider that "other than not loving a married man, can love any other, love can also not be gender specific".
